Nina Byerly is 12 years old and is an illustrator, and artist in North Carolina. She collaborated with Kim Black in school to become illustrator of Black and Buckmaster’s new book, THE FRIEND GARDEN. She is an award winning artist outside of illustrating and has won first place in a North Carolina State Competition as well as numerous other first, second and best in show awards.
